Arrange a team with your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers

1. Determine your fundraising goal for your team:
Our hope is that each participant will raise $100; although some participants will raise more!

2. Choose a team name:
Get creative!! You can name your team after your NICU graduate, your family name, your company, or something even more creative!

3. Create a team page on our website:
Write a personalized invitation letter to encourage your friends and family to participate! Track your progress toward your goal online! Upload pictures of your NICU graduate or your team! Email the link to your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors!! www.bigstepsforlittlefeet.com

4. Build up your team members:
You can recruit team members up to the day of the walk!

5. Make a Banner:
We will be holding our 4th annual banner-making contest at the walk and announcing a winner!

6. Hold a Kickoff Party:
Host a party to make the banner!

7. Have a garage sale:
Raise money by selling "stuff" you thought you needed

8. Do something fun:
Host a BBQ or hold a dress down day at work!

9. Keep your team in the loop:
Distribute directions and parking information prior to the day of the walk!

10. Extra helpful fundraising tips:
Know the reason you are walking!
Collect pledges and direct people to the website to make donations!
Ask your supporters if they work for a matching gift company… double their gift with a simple ask!
