The 1887 Society is an association of individuals who are helping to ensure that Monmouth Medical Center continues to offer all members of the community the very best in health care while maintaining its position as a leading community teaching hospital.
Membership
By joining The 1887 Society you will help to ensure the future of Monmouth Medical Center. Members of The 1887 Society have an interest in helping to maintain the high quality of health care offered by Monmouth Medical Center to the community and contribute annually $100 or more to Monmouth Medical Center Foundation.
About Monmouth Medical Center
In 1887 Dr. Sylvester H. Hunt, physician and surgeon founded Monmouth Medical Center. Monmouth was one of the first hospitals in the world to offer comprehensive medical care including surgery, medical treatment and patient care. Today, Monmouth continues to be a state-of-the-art medical center offering the latest advancements in medical technology to its patients.
As a comprehensive community teaching hospital, Monmouth is recognized today for excellence in providing high quality health care.
