Dr. Andrew Elkwood is a New York area native. He is a graduate of the prestigious six-year combined B.S./M.D. program at Union College, Schenectady, New York, and the Albany Medical College of Union University, Albany, New York.

Upon obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Andrew Elkwood completed a general surgery residency at the New York University and Bellevue Hospital. During that same time, he received a graduate degree in finance and economics from Columbia University, New York, New York. Upon completing his surgical residency, Dr. Andrew Elkwood was chosen to continue his training at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the New York University Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital; Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital, which runs the world's busiest cosmetic surgery service.

Dr. Andrew Elkwood also enjoys a teaching appointment at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He lectures and publishes widely in the fields of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Andrew Elkwood is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgery (FACS) and a fellow of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, an organization of only those board certified plastic surgeons who have demonstrated superlative skills and vast experience.

Dr. Andrew Elkwood is skilled in many of the newest plastic surgery techniques. In addition to his expertise in cosmetic surgery, he is a regional, national and international expert in nerve reconstruction surgery for patients who have lost the use of a limb from nerve damage. Dr. Andrew Elkwood is skilled in microsurgery, limb replantation, and microsurgical cancer reconstruction. Dr. Andrew Elkwood's cosmetic and reconstructive surgery has been featured on many Television programs including; CBS News, The Learning Channel, The Discovery Channel, 20/20, The Rikki Lake Show and the Ali and Jack Show. He has been written about in numerous newspapers and magazines including Forbes, The Asbury Park Press, and The Star Ledger.

Dr. Andrew Elkwood is the author of the book, "The Elkwood Advantage: A Physician's Holistic Guide to Looking Your Best" (Press Pending, Quantum Media).
Dr. Andrew Elkwood is the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch NJ. He is also proud to be listed as one of the best surgeons in America in "The Consumer Guide to Top Doctors." This reference surveys physicians who are members of the American Medical Association. Andrea Jung, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avon Products, is responsible for developing and executing all of the company's long-term growth strategies, launching new brand initiatives, developing earnings opportunities for women worldwide, and defining Avon as the premier direct seller of beauty products. She was elected chairman in September 2001 and has been CEO since November 1999.

Ms. Jung's background includes serving as President and COO at Avon, as well as holding senior management positions with Neiman Marcus and I. Magnin. In 2008, Ms. Jung was appointed Chair of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA). She was the first woman elected chair of the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association in March 2001, a role she held until early 2005, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors of the General Electric Company and Apple. She is also a member of the New York Presbyterian Hospital Board of Trustees and the Catalyst Board of Directors.

In 2008, Ms. Jung was ranked #19 on the Forbes list of "The World's 100 Most Powerful Women", and #6 on Fortune magazine's "50 Most Powerful Women in Business" list. In addition, she has been ranked on The Wall Street Journal's "50 Women to Watch," since 2004, and was one of only 18 executives included in U.S News & World Report's "America's Best Leaders 2007." Ms. Jung is a magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University and is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
